Pisces

Sometimes I get lost in my thoughts. I am a Pisces. I guess this means that I recognize that I am very introverted and extroverted and I feel like my moods can change really quick sometimes. It's something that I mask often. It's as if I'm always in some sort of daydream.

Last day of spring break

Well, I spent the day doing whatever I wanted. Granted I did wake up at 10am, and stayed there until noon. I was just on my phone checking Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat like repeatedly. That's embarrassing. True, though. I thought I was going to chill at home all day, but I was over it as soon as I was bored with social media. I left my house to chill with Chris Grieder. We walked to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf and walked around the Toluca Lake neighborhood and gazed and admired so many amazing and beautiful houses with the most majestic gardens filled with colorful flowers. We also walked passed this huge grasshopper that was like the grandfather of all grasshoppers. That thing looked prehistoric.  We ended up walking around 2 miles! Yay, got my steps in. I haven't been focussed on my steps since Spring Break started but now that I am going back to work, it's going to be on my mind and something I that I will be on myself about. Okay, so I am on my laptop right now, which is kind of weird to me, because I only really use it for uploading videos, but it actually feels nice typing here. Im used to my phone being my computer as well, it basically is a mini mini iPad. HAHA it's the iPhone 6s Plus. It's massive. I love it though. I barely go on my laptop just to browse. It's always my iPhone. I kind of want a desktop. I miss having one. Anyways, I am going to go. Shower is calling and my neck hurts from sitting with my arms up on the table, it sounds weird but looks normal. Until tomorrow!

We are all trying to figure out who we are,  we are all thinking about our purpose and  how life works. We are all trying to love ourselves while still trying to get to know ourselves better. Life is a cycle. Things will and do get better. Days will be brighter and the sun will shine on you. Just keep going.

Spring break

 Spring break is upon us. I am so excited to have a week off! I'm going home for a few days in Santa Cruz. Family reunion. Can't wait to see the cats. Last night Kyle and I and a couple friends went out in Burbank and celebrated St.Patrick's Day. We went to Tony's Darts Away and The Snug. I didn't drink green beer. Haha I also didn't end up taking any pictures.  I have memories. No pictures. I wore green pants and an oversized black long sleeved shirt with a huge slanted pocket on the left bossom area with black flats. Kyle wore a green adidas jacket that I got him. I didn't go crazy with my makeup either, in fact, I didn't wear green shadow. I just put gold shadow on my inner eyes.

I missed the 16th. I'm disappointed in myself.

Ive been eating this rice a lot lately. It's so good. I've also been into the vanilla & cream yogurt from Trader Joe's.  The vanilla yogurt tastes like custard. It's unreal.

Sephora Experience

Today I went into Sephora at the Americana in Glendale. It wasn't that crowded and there were a bunch of employees working. I went in to specifically try out the tarte amazonian brow mousse and the ansastasia beverly hills dipbrow. I also had a gift card. I am usually bombarded when I set foot into Sephora, but this time was different. I was on the hunt for a Sephora employee to help match my brow color with Anastasia Beverly Hills dipbrow pomade and the Tarte amazonian brow mousse. It took forever for someone to come over to help me. After I was finally helped, I thoroughly studied what the employee was doing to my brows and how she shaped my brows with the dipbrow. The dipbrow pomade goes on really smoothly. I didn't even want to try the tarte amazonian mousse because I liked the pomade so much. I am impressed with how natural my brows look. I've always used a combo of a dark brown pencil and brow shadow. I have been slowly updating my makeup into higher end makeup. My next makeup purchase is going to be a good quality black eye liner.

Santa Monica

Kyle and I went on a 3mike walk in Santa Monica. It was such a nice day to be outside and breathe in salty air surrounded by the ocean and palm trees.

28th Birthday

Was a success🎉💕✨👏🏻 this morning when I was leaving for work, I was surprised by what was in my passenger seat. Kyle put balloons in my car and came to work to surprise me with Starbucks and a birthday cake pop! I even got presents from my co workers and from the kids. So thoughtful. I am a lucky one.

Waking up feeling weird

Have you ever had a dream where when you woke up you felt like your spirit left in the night and returned as soon as you woke up? I felt this weird out of body feeling today upon awakening and I still feel kind of weird. I tried describing it out loud to Kyle and I just sound crazy. I am not sure what this is but I do wonder if anyone else has experienced this before. 

Saturday

This morning I slept in until 10am! It's been awhile. Kyle and I went to American Way and this other thrift store nearby and ran errands. We also cleaned up the condo together with David. Last night Kyle, David, Wes, Luke, and I went to this bar called Tony's Darts Away. We played pool and I actually got to play without hurting anyone and not making the ball fly off the table. I have only ever played pool online. It's kind of similar in certain aspects. Later before we went home, we walked to a nearby donut shop that's open 24hrs and Wes got us all donuts. I got a chocolate old fashion. It was pretty good. 

Friday before 28

I'm just a few days shy of a week of being 28. I am slowly becoming more content with how old I am because I am proud of who I've become and what I have done so far in my life. I go back and forth with the idea of how I want to be younger than I am right now. I would not want to go back to my late teens and early twenties. Heckkkk no. I've learned and done so much since those days and I've become a better person from it. I think age is such a weird concept. We age because life is constantly happening. I can ponder this forever. What is in my mind now may or may not be in my mind in a month or year or two. It's something I've been thinking about for awhile. 

Crazy pants Magee

Crazy pants magee. I wore my new  forever 21 pants from the thrift store today. I received a comment on that video saying that they are weird and old looking...haha  I received compliments on them today. To each their own. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Of course someone isn't going to like them.

She found peace at Pleasure Point Beach. The salty air makes her not care about what's going on with the nonsense in the world and only takes in the breath of now and every problem dissipates into a peaceful nothingness
